Welcome to Engentia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at www.engentia.com and the clinical logistics services provided by ENGENTIA OÜ ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Engentia provides clinical trial logistics, patient engagement support, meeting planning, and related operational services in Latin America. Specific services are subject to individual Master Service Agreements (MSAs) or Work Orders signed by the Client.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. 4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ENGENTIA OÜ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

In no event shall ENGENTIA OÜ, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; or (ii) any content obtained from the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
